Hi,
I'm 36, female, 5'3 and currently 148lbs. I got down to 132 and allowed myself to creep back up in recent months. My goal weight is 125.

I need buddies. I'm 5'2... 134 lbs...i was recently 154.4 after letting my weight gain get out of control (I used to be around 100 lbs) I want to get back to my smaller size.
I started losing this past spring and then gained it all back so I'm motivated to not let that happen again.
I've been working hard since mid July. I added running, strength training and a 1200 calorie diet. I'd like to get to 105.0 -
5'7" 164lbs here, goal is 145 ish depending on how much muscle I manage to build along the way. Anyone wanting to chat once in a blue moon can add me.0
