    Did a whole bunch of these in my Pilates class today......phew...great workout.

    Did a YouTube workout today, and it had sumo squats. I got about 40 in today. Where is everyone else???? We can do this.

    Hi I'm here 40 is awesome I did 33. Odd number I know but the kids wouldn't stop bothering me lol

    Not sure why everyone didn't stick with the challenge but those who are still going thanks and great job. I have another Holy Day starting tonight right after my Sabbath so I won't be doing any squats until tomorrow night. Didn't realize how many Holy Days there were in September. Anyway hope you all enjoy your weekend.

    @lanidavis86 - It might just be you and me now. Sad....everyone seemed so motivated. I only did a few today. I need to give my knee a test and probably should do these 4 days a week instead of everyday. I hope you had a peaceful holy day.

    Great job @lanidavis86 ! I took a rest day today (yoga) and tomorrow will be back to squats and weight training.

    I'm about to need a wheel chair. Mines didn't start off hurting right away. They hurt now though. I did 25 again today. Hbu? Tomorrow starts squat jacks .... Woo-hoo...lol

    Don't hurt yourself! No wheelchairs allowed. ☺

    I will modify squat jacks due to my knee. These will challenge our cardio! Go us!

    No problem good job. I posted my results under squat jacks. I can't believe it's really just two of us SMH. ......oh well go us lol
