How's everyone doing? What are your goals for Halloween? Post them in the spreadsheet (should be added soon) and/or post them here.

    Halloween goal is to try and switch from candy to rice cakes. :D I know but i'm going to give it a shot. LOL

    My goal has been to eat more intuitively. Not sure how I'm measuring that, but it's something I'm working on. Also to get in my workouts--having an issue with my foot (bad timing, as I'm going to a running camp this coming weekend and THEN starting physical therapy, but my doctor said no harm should come, it just might mean it can't perform as well), and also starting a new strength training focus.

    Also, no snacking on junk food at work.

    Hi, thanks for the holiday to holiday challenge. Seven weeks to Hallowe'en? I'd like to be down about 15 lbs from today's weight., so about 229 on the scale. I will let you know.

    Goal for Halloween is to stay with my lifting program. Seven weeks is a good amount of time for me to develop it into a habit. :)

    I'm going for 149 by October 31st. It's an aggressive goal for me. But I just really, really want to get to goal by year end and stop messing around. The family has been warned and is on-board. I will be logging all food till year-end and endeavoring to stay within my daily calorie goals with quality, nutritious food. So here goes:
    CW: 163 (Today)
    GW: 149 (October 31st)
    Pounds to goal: 14

    So I got up and was eating a rice cake I was doing good and my husband must have left a candy bar next to his chair as all of a sudden the dog brought one to me. Well I took this as an omen I needed to eat it as the dog has never brought me candy before ;) Plus it is the first day of my new job LOL OH You know somedays you just go with the flow. LOL I'll work on the candy thing. :D

    I've been hovering at 176 for a few weeks, so it's time to up the activity. My goal is 170 by Halloween.

    I am at 163 lbs and my goal is to lose 1-2 lbs a week. Hopefully that will put me between 149-156 lbs. My NSV is to be happy in my costume :)

    All right! Glad to be part of this challenge.
    1. Lose weight gained this year
    2. Regain healthy eating habits
    3. Finish last tri and first trail run of the seasons well.
    4. Recover from melanoma surgery coming up next week.... rats! Will be out of the water for maybe a month.
    5. Practice mindful eating.
