Anything you'd use regular flour in pretty much. Bread, cookies, cake, brownies, bread, muffins, crackers..1

It's not a straight substitute though, so look for almond flour recipes.0

Try these shortbread cookies:
2 cups almond flour
1/3 cup baking sweetener of choice (I prefer Splenda)
6 tablespoons salted butter, softened
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix together well using a mixer. You want everything incorporated.
Place on a sheet of parchment paper and shape into a cylinder. Roll up in the parchment paper and chill until firm.
Once firm, place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake in a 350 F. oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they start to turn golden.

They do sound amazing. May add some ginger if carbs allow.0

I'm making fathead pizza tonight, so excited!! I have almond flour for a lot of recipes. I usually look at two blogs. All day I dream about food and I breathe I'm hungry. Often I find almond flour used in many of their recipes. I've made keto flatbread, lemon squares, cinnamon twists, pumpkin cheesecake muffins. All delicious, all using almond flour. I'm trying out a rhubarb crisp probably next week since I have some rhubarb to use. I really need to chill out on the sweet recipes but it's starting to get cold out and I just wanna bakeeeeeeee!1

My husband got creative and did some recipe creating, making what we dubbed "Cheese Crispy Things" - 100g grated sharp cheddar, 25g almond flour and 1/4 tsp garlic powder, press 1 tbsp into each of 14 mini muffin tins (the metal kind is better 'cause it fries the cheese) and bake 10 min at 400 degrees. so good! You can really customize them too, we made some without the almond flour, we made some with added bacon bits, etc.2
