Last night, when I signed in to the UAC community, I was thrilled!!!
You shared your successes; your exercise favorites (even Richard Simmons DVD); and photos!!
Gotta be real...at the end of last month, I told Luckee_me that I was ready to stop doing the UAC because there was very little participation. She encouraged me to hang in there.
Those of you who are actively sharing really make me so glad that Luckee did not let me throw in the towel.
Please encourage each other!

While making my son's dinner, I had one tortilla chip with salsa and two Quaker pop chips. I'm under, so I'm okay, LOL!

Well... Sad to say this on only september 8th and especially after Ricks opening comments but I lost my way and am out if the challenge for September I'll be back in October0

@JourneyToWorlds ok you may not be in the winner's circle but don't give up on the group. I know I do better when I at least check in and say well i did this or that today. Continue on with us and just do the best you can.
So I got up and exercised right away and I am going to have to do that tomorrow too as it's my long day at work and I know it's going to be stressful. But only 2 more days I can do it
Plus I'm bribing myself with a soda tomorrow LOL

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes- 20 elliptical, 20 strength train and 60 Zumba!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes this has been a tough week because in another challenge I gave up Diet Coke and sugar for the week and while the pounds have really dropped this week I'm finding it tough to just eat!! I obviously eat too many junk calories daily because I haven't been replacing them with healthy alternatives this week... Just a lot of flavored seltzer water. Consequently not feeling great plus a little sinus infection. Ugh.

Glad you stuck it would for another month! I won't be able to do October because I'll fail in the second week when we're at Universal Studios in Florida! But hope it's still kicking in November! And @journeytotheworlds - definitely stick around! On another challenge those who don't keep with the required check ins becomes cheerleaders, and they are just as appreciated!

Did I stay within my calorie budget? Yes! I ate some chips and rotel dip while watching my Panthers take on the Broncos! I was STILL under budget! Happy dance!! Woot!

Keep up the good habits, even though you've had 3 strikes. It will be great practice for next month.1 -

Exercise? Yes- 30 minutes strength train; core; and 20 minutes elliptical. Have 8000 steps and will make sure that I hit 10,000 before bed.
Calories? Yes. Lots of tempting thoughts, but I stayed strong!
Track? Yes. I just love hitting that complete button when I am under or at my calorie goal.

It's Thursday evening and it's been a long day!
Calories were good again today: Ok. My wife took the oldest grand child to Disney Land so I am on my own. All work.
Tracking: good
Exercise: Ok.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes I've been carrying around a tube of mini m&ms all week to school. Haven't eaten them yet even though I've left calories for them.

I've already failed too, but was planning on checking in every day anyway if that's OK as it should help to keep me on track for the rest of the month!
This was the third of my eating too much days.

Onwards and upwards, got a meal out to negotiate tonight but I'm not drinking which should help and will try and pick my meal before I go!1 -

Calories? Under, woo hoo even with the bf having the extreme munchies, luckily I ate a light lunch
