    Hubby just got emergency root canal and crown. By the time it is done will be almost $3500!

    We don't have dental insurance since we retired.

    All i will say is this summer has really tested me.

    I am also on day 4 of diet doc put me on of no wheat, dairy, soy, sugar. Its for 30 days. The first two nights I think i had bad sugar withdrawal felt sweaty and shakey. Feel fine now and sugar cravings gone.

    Doing long walks. Hope everyone is ok.

    Day 7 losing weight and cravings mostly gone.

    Getting a low interest loan for dentist and pay off credit cards. Hubby doing better and out of house more.

    Bookclub today.
