THAT is a food transformation. Very yummy, much more potato tasting than radish tasting.

Try mixing them with brussells spouts and then roasting. The two together are amazing!2

Fwiw, I was planning scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, scallions and parmesan for breakfast. I diced the left over radish in. OMG! Words fail me with this lol. But it was so good!1

Yes! Radishes are awesome
I toss them in everything - my fav is a breakfast (or dinner) saute with zucchini, onions, mushrooms and eggs.0 -

Prior to yesterday, I think I'd only had them raw (which I love).
