Hi, I've just noticed one of the ingredients listed on my mag supplements is maltodextin Is this ok to take whilst doing keto?. Would I be better taking it in liquid form? Thanks in advance for any help.

I would avoid maltodextrin. I don't even understand why it would be added anyway. It's a sugar. It's typically used to sweeten something. Why would a pill need to be sweetened? That's very odd

I use magnesium carbonate powder that I add to any liquids and even food as I'm cooking. It has no flavor. It can feel chalky on the tongue if it's not mixed with enough liquid.
I buy it in bulk on Amazon from Bulk Supplements and personally take about 2000mg a day.

I use magnesium complex, capsules, from Amazon as well. No maltodextrin in mine.
