Hi. I'm just starting out strong, on day 2, and I have a long ways to go. About 150lbs+ to lose. Anyone else in a similar situation?

I have lost about half the weight I've wanted to lose. I've maintained where I am for some time now, with no real gain or loss (I'd like to be losing though) and I have about 40 more to go before I get to a weight I want to see. So, our loss goals are not the same, but @ravensdiet15 we are in a similar situation. We both want to lose, we both want to be healthier and we've both found MFP, and in particular the LCD group to help us. We are here for you, regardless of our personal goals for loss, gain or maintenance. Welcome to the group!!13

Great job on your loss!2 -
Welcome! As said above, this group is very supportive regardless of your goals. I only have 20ish lb to lose, but I find new motivation and inspiration here every day! Wether for weight loss, maintenance, or health, we are all in the same boat.
All for one and one for all! - or something like that...Lol3 -
Welcome to our happy group!2

Hey there!!! We can all be of service to one another, because we're all in the same boat more or less!1

Super supportive, positive people here Just stay plugged in.2

Welcome! You found the most supportive group around!
Your goals are achievable, never doubt it even if it looks a long way ahead. I've been LCHF for 2 years and have lost 100lbs so far. I still need to lose at least 50lbs so we're in the same situation, it's just that I started earlier.
Good luck! Keep posting!

Welcome @ravensdiet15 I've been in the group for a few weeks and just starting on my LCHF journey. I'm working on getting rid of 180lbs, of which, I've lost about 10. So, I'm in a very similar boat. Although for me the focus is on getting my blood glucose down. Feel free to add me as a friend. And as the others have said everyone here is supportive.3

Welcome aboard! This way of eating has changed my life! I never thought such losses were even possible anymore. I started out with 200 to lose to get to my ideal weight (though I haven't been there since age 13). I'm 94 lbs down so far after 9 months and am still chipping away at it, some months are faster than others. I already feel like a whole new person and am enjoying a whole new life. Feel free to add me as a friend. This group is awesome! It's a very supportive environment.11

Hi! I'm new here too and looking to lose between 100-120 lbs. started just over a week ago and already down a couple inches all over. So far this groups has been super helpful and given me great food ideas. I'm new to eating these weird things called vegetables as I was strictly against them before a couple weeks ago.3

Welcome aboard! The amount of weight you have to lose is not as important as the desire to do so. You'll find this group supportive regardless of numbers.3

Though I don't post regularly, I lurk on this board all the time, everyone is so supportive of one another. Keep in mind, everyone has had a first day, first week, first crossroads- so no matter where you are in your journey- share it, someone else has been there before8

My lifetime high weight was 43 lbs. ago and I have 30 more to go. Prediabetic and very focused on health---and very happy to say yes to a friend request!

I've just started, too, on 9/15. Looking to lose only about 25 lbs. Just as important is how stable my mood has already become!4

If anyone would like to message and talk on a daily basis, I'm usually around, just hit me up!0

Welcome to the board! I'm always willing to take on new LC friends so feel free to add me if you'd like! My food diary is open however I'm terrible at logging it. I've really got to add that as a daily goal again!0

Welcome! I have about 80-90lbs to lose, but at the moment my first goal is to get to Onderland (Under 200lbs) I'm hitting a rocky patch at the moment, but this group are always inspiring to get back on track!
Congratulations on the loss so far!2
