I do this:
1.Don't eat after 7.
2.Have green tea every day.
3.Have a Cabbage tomato soup.
4. Have raw vegetables.

For me personally, weighing myself almost every day helps. This current stretch of the same number every day doesn't feel awesome, but I can see it as proof that I'm not gaining, and that what I've been doing is maintenance so I need to really look at my activity and food diary.
It doesn't work for everyone though.0 -
I have sometimes the urge to eat even if I'm already past my count. So to fight that feeling I have my "fill up" food.
Cucumbers slices with salt/pepper or soy sauce
Tomatoes with salt and pepper
Green peas raw
Fruity teas
Tips
Fasted workout
Water Sauté- with less oil or sauce using water.
Flaxseed meal to soups or drinks
Spearmint tea daily ( balances harmones)

I always have a big glass of water filled somewhere near me. If it's filled up, I don't think about it as much and just grab it to drink it. I especially do this in the evening so I don't boredom eat. I'm also focusing more on lifting weights and doing body weight exercises than being a cardio queen (although I do intervals a couple times a week.)3
