For any of you who have lost 20 or more pounds--the more the merrier here-- in 6 months you can share that here on this thread!
I lost 20 pounds in 6 months and I couldn't be happier! I still have a ways to go but boy 20 pounds is a lot to lose in that time for me. I didn't even realize it! I thought oh maybe 5 or 10 pounds at the most but he said congratulations you've lost 20 pounds I was like wow! So go on post up here about your losses we all like to hear about them!
