Mine isn't working either do we need to raise it with the tech team again?

Add me to the list. This is incredibly annoying, especially with the poor response from MFP. Does anyone have any more word on the lack of Fitbit ---> MFP sync?0

I reported this to MFP Ops on Twitter. No response yet.0

This just in on Twitter from MFP Ops: MyFitnessPal Ops @MFP_Ops 4m4 minutes ago
Hi folks, we're experiencing issues with our Fitbit integration again this morning, we're working on a fix.

MFP has at least acknowledged that there is still an issue and reports that they are working on it. They appear to be using the same announcement from yesterday to report updates/progress. Again, here is that link: http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/2574495--issues-with-fitbit-api-9-191

My fitbit adjusted number for today finally came in. Yesterday is still zero, so I'm just going to have to live with it.0 -
I got a new device today (new user) so I assumed it was my fault for doing something wrong. Figures! I hope it's fixed soon.0

I have absolutely nothing. No Fitbit activity showing since Sunday. It is just stunning to me the lack of communication between MFP and its customers.0
-
I rejoined MFP just for the Fitbit adjustment. Since Saturday, I've only had one day with a Fitbit adjustment. What stuns me most about this is how hard it is to get feedback from MFP about the ongoing issue. I had to seek it out myself and it's buried and hard to find. It's utterly ridiculous how this is being handled.
I left MFP in the first place because the recipe builder was all buggy. Now I come back to this. It's beyond frustrating.0 -
This total lack of communication is the most annoying part.0
-
So I received a Twitter reply from MFP staff telling me that they believe that the issue is resolved. I still have no Fitbit data in my MFP account. Is anyone else experiencing this difficulty?0

My Fitbit steps are now showing up in MFP.0

Well this is wonderful. I have just recently gotten a Fitbit (yesterday), and now there is literally no interaction from fitbit to myfitnesspal..0
-
Nothing here. Hopefully this fix is rolling out and it should be working for everyone soon.0
-
I still see nothing coming over from Fitbit.0
-
Nothing here either.0

Mine's finally working.0

Make sure that you have checked that Fitbit records your steps in the MFP app. You can select this option by clicking More -->Steps then selecting Fitbit Tracker. I know that has been an issue for some.0

I have an adjustment now too. Let's see if it lasts!0

Still no adjustment for me.0

Finally! A Fitbit calorie adjustment! The final update on this issue is provided in the link posted above. Here is it again: http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/2574495--issues-with-fitbit-api-9-190

yes! thank you - this is the bit that was missing for me. I've managed to get my Fitbit and MFP talking to each other again after a few days of frustration.0 -
Hi all. I am still having a problem with my Fitbit info syncing into my MFP account. I've removed the link between the two on my Android phone, removed the apps from my phone, removed the link online, reinstalled the apps on my phone, linked them again, added the Fitbit in my Steps Tracker option and still no go. Super frustrating.0

I am so tired of mfp not syncing consistently with Fitbit. It was working last night and this morning now I can't get it to update my steps no matter what I do. It's so inconvenient to have to unlink them and relink repeatedly to try to force them to communicate.1
-
Has there been any further updates? I still can't get them to sync up. None of the fitbit activity is showing up on MFP. It's been over a week now!0

I am trying to find "more" but cannot find it.....where would I look? my connection has been lost all week despite multiple daily attempts to reconnect.0 -
so frustrating! When they are working together I really feel like I am in charge!

I think it is different for the iPhone and Android apps. On my Android, there is no "More" - I just open the menu and select Steps. Or you can use the website and go to the Apps page. Look for Steps on the upper right.0
