      Hello Happy new Year everyone. i live in Orlando and getting back on track with my plan. I'm doing a 100 miles/100 day walk and doing a 6 week walking program. I'm also starting paleo diest as well. But i would like to mix things up does anyone have a suggestion on some light strength training. I use 3 pound weights already in my walking routine was just wondering what i could do
