Lab Results Today

I got the results from my latest labs today: A1c of 5.0%, fasting bg 94, total cholesterol 177, LDL and triglycerides both down. I am rather pleased.

    Not to worry - it's nothing a 6-pack of coke a day and a couple lbs. of chips won't cure....

    @Sarahb29 - you are NOT the only one. I have tests every six months with my specialist (Endo), and I'm always excited, and often request more tests than would have been originally ordered, etc. LOL

    Edit: How long have you been on LCHF and do you recall how high your numbers were when you started?
