It was a non-moving day today. I worked from home and was glued to my computer the entire time. I had intentions of working out, but I never got motivated, which is surprising since I took the time to get dressed. On a happy note, I celebrated my anniversary today. Well, we didn't actually celebrate (We'll do that tomorrow.), but our anniversary is today.0 -

This month is just entirely too busy! On one hand I keep thinking it's still August, and then I think "September is almost over!" And freak out. Lol! We closed our pool today so I guess it is almost fall. It has just been crazy lately at work and im not doing good so well with the food. I have no idea if things are green or not. I have been doing the workouts from the 21 day fix w my coworkers at lunch, so that's something. I think I need to get back to my regular workouts though. These are fun, but not very challenging. My weight seems to keep climbing too0 -

Green and a workout! I've totally lost track of everything this month. @Laughter_Girl I'm going with miserable failure as well. Well, maybe not that extreme. I haven't bought a muu muu and decided to live off ice cream, yet!!
I was trying to do the 21 day fix workouts with my coworkers. It's fun with them but lifting 3# was not enough. I'm back to my regular workouts. I also started PT on my foot so the goal is to get me running again over the next couple months. I need that. Even though I'm slow and not too graceful I really miss the mental aspect. I miss the quiet and meditative aspects. I need it to stay sane I think!

Just went back and looked through the month, not doing as ad as I thought goal-wise!
Green day goal was 10. I found 8 (lots of days I didn't fully log though!)
Workout goal of 15 and I have 20! Woohoo!
I haven't weighed myself to see if my 5# gain is gone but things LOOK better (maybe that's good enough?)

Green! 1 more day to go and I will have made that goal too! Got brave and weighed myself and I've lost a couple lbs so yippee! I know it's not a big thing. But it pushes that second number up into another range and I don't like that!

I planned to workout today, but it didn't work out (no pun intended). I'll get it in tomorrow. October is going to be great though. My 21 day vegan challenge starts Sat, and I'm looking forward to trying some new recipes. Fingers crossed I'll be able to do it successfully.0 -
