Body Tone Up

I lost over 30 lbs in the span of 2-3 years, which totally changed my life style. I find to maintain the body shape could be even harder to lose weight. My current goal is to tone up the body and reduce body fat ( look better :smile: ), I'm trying to accomplish it by eating clean and doing more weights --- trying to hit the gym at least 3-4 times/week, and not too restricted with calories but focus more on fat and sugar intake.

I'm looking for challenges, friends and any discussions that could motivate myself and friends sharing the same goal :smile: Christmas is 3 months away, let's work together to make it a great one.

    Hey! I have recently lost 60+ pounds since January of this year. I'm trying to tone up and look better as well. But kinda scared for the holidays that are coming up and all the sweets and food. I don't wanna gain any weight I wanna get toned! Lol
