I finally got off my *Kitten* today!

It's so beautiful here now that the weather is changing that I went for a walk. I wore my usual work out clothes of which I had a "before" picture in. I decided to take an "after" pic today even though I'm not at goal hoping that if the pics showed improvement then I'd be more willing to walk every day or at least every other.

    I see a big difference! That shirt was skin-tight and now it's loose and you have super obvious losses in your arms, belly and back. Awesome job!
