Hey guys, I've been eating raw 80/10/10 for about two weeks and I would love to know if there is a meal plan you use..

    Hi @shazpierre How have you been doing on 811? I started following 811 today and so far so good. Did you decide if you were going to follow a meal plan? I recently picked up the book but have not had a chance to read it yet.
