Not new and back again

Hey there everyone. I'm back. I'm not new to this, but I need to be here. I'm a perpetual yo-yo dieter who has tried every diet and exercise program there is and the only thing that has every really worked long term is EM2WL. Of course, what I really need is consistency. So here I am. I will be working on the numbers to start a reset. I started running last year with a goal to complete a marathon which I did in May this year. I've slacked off on the running to get back to my first love which is lifting heavy. That said, I've gained a significant amount of weight again and it's depressing. I absolutely hate cardio and only want to lift weights. I will be starting my reset tomorrow once I figure out my TDEE. Can't wait to get back to it. Thanks for always being here. The support is like none other. Looking forward to getting my health back.
