    I wear a lot of black so hoping to lose my abdominal and thigh fat to make my silhouette more commanding and sleek, instead of screaming edgy hambeast :V trying to be 160lbs by May, but I won't be effay until at least next year.

    Otter mode is ultimately my goal, however before I can start my bulk comfortably I have to lose about 12 more pounds to be at ~143. Currently 156.4 pounds 5'11

    65kg-70kg. at 74kg atm, gotta find out at what weight im 10-12%bf and then at what calories a day i can maintain that, then ill slow bulk at probs 100-200 cals surplus until next spring.

    to be able to close my hand on my upper arm, both hands on my mid-thigh or upper thigh if possible, to lay down and my hip bones will suspend the waistband of my pants (no tummy touching the area, just like a gap? its hard to explain), to have a thigh gap, to have a flat stomach (no rolls) when slouching seated
