So what are your goals, /fa/?
7000-7500 calories per week. Calories fluctuate from day to day. I've been trying to workout at least every other day. Lifting (squats, core, dips etc.), swimming and tennis. Fallen off a lot since last year just trying to get old body back :)
So guys, what tecnichs are you using? Balancing macros? Avoiding sugar? Cuting 500c of your TDEE? I'm currently doing TDEE-1000 and cuting dairy, sugar and gluten.
He's 10 pounds lighter than me and he has a very nice body, me on the other hand, I got a belly, face fat, and huge thighs. Time to start tracking again I'll show him.
How do you guys deal with sugar addiction everytime i diet i ruin everything in the evening because in that moment i lose my self control and try to eat and find everything that have sugar in it can someone help me ?
