    For the week of 10/4 to 10/11 I'm kind of confused about why my weight only dropped by 2 lbs and my waist is not shrinking further. Is my body adapting to the exercise and I need to change it up?

    On a separate note, I'm beta testing a new boxing game that is more intense than Thrill of the Fight. It will be awesome when it's released!
