You sound like my twin! Roughly the same weight, and roughly the same goal! Good luck! I'd just like to lose about 8-10 lbs and feel confident in a bathing suit!

I'm not so sure about my goal weight, because I'll I've been trying to do is to lose fat. I eat somewhere between 1300-2200 calories a day, I don't have any specific macro distribuition range. I exercise 4-6x a week (with 4-5x days of cardio and 3 of strength training and 2-3 of yoga).

Hi all! I am turning 29 soon, and I want my last year in my 20's to be a healthy one. I got married about a year ago, and when I did, I started eating all the same foods as my husband... and gained about 10 pounds. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle and workout about 5 times a week (I use fitnessblender.com videos at home) and go hiking on the weekends. I'm working on eating healthy portions.

Back on track and very focused. I even hired a nutritionist. Looking for mfp friends with ugw of about 110-115lbs willing to share their food diary. It helps motivate me. I weighed 110 3 yrs ago. Surgery, job challenge and menopause all happened and here I am. I'm resolved to shed this weight so that my outside matches my inside. I've never been this heavy and I want to put it in my rear view mirror.

I'm 42 . I have 2 young boys of 8 and 10years. I'm in sports all my life but I'm better in power engaging sports like swimming, rowing, volley etc. I'd like to be thin and - fast as I 'm into running and races now. Want to be fit and light for my first marathon.

CW: 77.5 kg (170 lbs)----all my lifetime I have this same weight (little bit up and little bit down but allways returns the same - wich is good I suppose) and I have a feeling that my body dont let me lower that
GW: 73-70 kg (154-160 lbs) ---- not lower , I am a big woman and look creepy if too skinny )
I want to improve my running times (10k in 52:00) and thighten up a little bit. And want to give up candies - I'm pretty sure that if I could manage my sweet tooth my weight would adapt accordingly.
I use mfp occasionally but when you log nutella for breakfast for 5 days in a row you just - give up So this time I'd like to find an accountability buddy - maybe this is what it takes? If it's a twin - better0 -
