No change this week but I'm okay with that. I started weight lifting so I'm sure that the change in routine has had an impact. It's the first week in 190days that I've not lost.2 -
Starting weight 247
Last week 222.3
This week 219.7
2.6 lbs!!!
Thank God I think I've FINALLY broken through this plateau. I was stuck for the LONGEST time!2 -

Fwitsend - I can't believe someone could lose so consistently as to last 190 days!!! That is such an amazing achievement in itself. Well done for the weight training too!!

I have lost one more 1lb this week... I'm good with that! My weight is so up and down I am surprised every week if there is a loss!
