KetoBars while travelling

Does anybody have a good ketobar recipe, or knows a tasty ketobar to buy (in western Europe)?
I`m going to China for over a week and although the breakfast and dinner should be ok, the lunch is cantine food. Which is aweful and I was always only able to eat the rice with some soysauce. So that`s gonna kick me right out of keto, which I want to avoid on all cost.
Any advice is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Here's a recipe I found the other day...I've not made it yet though. I'm planning to just use my normal carb free sweetener and dark chocolate chips since I don't have access to the Lily's brand chips or the THM sweetener.

Quest bars are only 4 net carbs each and pack a good amount of protein, but they are pricey. If you're open to making your own I'm sure you could convert a normal bar recipe that contains mostly nuts into a keto recipe, just swap sweeteners for sugar free options. Amazon has sugar free honey and there's a lot of sugar free maple syrup options.

    Something like these:

If you like dark chocolate and coconut, how about these:

    TOTAL carbs per bar: 6
    Net carbs per bar: 2

@ladipoet I emailed them a few days back, cause I found a couple of fantastic reviews, where people said that they are so much better than Quest bars. BUT they are currently only selling in the US. :'( However, they are hoping to be in Europe next year. :) Importing them would be far too expensive.

Using a "normal" Protein Bar recipe and swopping the ingredients for keto friendly one is fab. Didn`t even think of that. :D

I ordered the Adapt bars that Dr Westman promotes - he talked about them in the Keto Summit.

They're 2 net carbs. I haven't received them yet, but should get them any day now. I bought the sample pack with a variety of things so will let you know how they taste when they get here.

I always throw some Quest bars in my bag when I'm travelling. It's not the perfect food, but it works when you don't have access to anything else low carb. I just wanted to say be careful bringing homemade food to the airport though, I'd check to see what the restrictions are first. A Sikh gentleman and his wife in front of me in the airport in Belfast last week had their homemade food confiscated.
