Scrambled eggs. Lunch was a hamburger and bun and salad. Supper 1 slice pizza. Walked 10000 steps. Water 40 oz. 1 sliver apple pie.

We had company this weekend so food choices were not good... but on a high note.... My husband talked me into working out tonight. 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio... Hopefully it's the kick in the butt I need to get back on track.2
