Starting Over :(

Okay I recently returned from a vacation. I am pleased to say I only gained 2 pounds and did about 6-7 miles a day walking and only occasionally nibbled on a couple treats. I was quite proud of my accomplishment however I can't get back on track now. I'm finding I'm suffering from the keto flu, back to Mindless snacking but on good things. The dizziness and headaches have returned also. I've also been slacking on the tracking and can't get back to getting the ketostix to show I'm in ketosis. It was pretty easy before for me and was losing daily and almost up to 40 pounds

Any suggestions to get back on track? I'm still eating the
right things but I need to start fat burning and get again to get the scale moving. Thank you.
