The wife got this from a wholesale place for her business. She used about 3 tbsp. in her coffee this morning. She said hey try this. I didn't. She said I bet it would be good in your shake. I checked the ingredients. Some sounded sketchy or maybe that is just me. I am at work and don't have the ingredients list handy. Anyone use it, or is it a keto no no?

Thanks.

Ok, their website is weird. Products are called things like Jazz and Reggae and the site itself is kinda overwhelming. Having said that...I can't seem to find the nutrition info on their site. That bugs me.

On Amazon a bottle is almost $22.00 for a liter and there still is no nutrition info. Yep, I don't like it.

    Specifications:
    Halal
    Kosher
    Vegetarian
    No High Fructose Corn Syrup

    Ingredients:
Water, Dietary Fiber: Dextrin, Artificial Flavor, Lemon Juice From Concentrate, Sweeteners: Potassium Acesulfame, Sucralose, Color: Caramel, Thickeners: Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum, Preservatives: Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate

Derived from dextrose (glucose), dextrin is a low-molecular-weight carbohydrate produced from the hydrolysis of starches. Hydrolysis, as the prefix suggests, involves water splitting into its basic molecular components and attaching to other molecules.

    Sweetener Type Glycemic Index
    Maltodextrin Sugar 110
    Maltose Sugar 105
    Dextrose Sugar 100

    I would say no.
