I was very happy to find a group of others with experience in the low-carb and keto diet lifestyle. I am new to this as I have only been on it for the last 3 weeks. I am looking forward to learning and maybe even providing helpful tips for and from others to make my journey my own. I look forward to the future in this lifestyle.
