I am very excited to have found this group! I tend to eat around 1000 calories a day. I workout, eat healthy and feel amazing. I get tired of people telling me that it is too low and I am starving myself. The thing is I am losing weight and feel good physically and mentally. I sleep better and have more focus. People don't understand that everyone's body is different caloric needs are not based on what the government thinks, I am hoping this group is still active!1
