Yesterday, we spent all day changing things at the farm as we feel the brisk cool weather bring an end to summer and hurry along the cold of winter. It was up and down ladders; carrying outside furniture to the barn, and finally...taking down the rain gauge (it would freeze and crack in winter).
Nonetheless, it is a great time to be grateful for life, family and health.

This is going to be a pass day for me I really don't think I can muster the energy to exercise. I will try to eat all my calories. I can say I am doing better on the cold front I just have to be a lot better by tomorrow. LOL Or it's going to be a long week.0

Yesterday, was a nice and cool fall day, and today was SUPER!! This may be one of the last 70 degree days that I will be able to ride. I rode my horse out in the prairie park for 1hour/45 minutes of lovely scenery and perfect riding weather.
