    Came home with sore knees. Taking my medicine and resting for a few days. Watching those calories...determined to lose!

    Boy this was a bad day for my fish. Not sure how them parasites got back in the tank. But my fish were covered in such this last week. Only in the large tank. Rocky thinks it was in the sand we added. I am so upset. I told him the sand can be quarantined next time! So tonight we caught all the fish, again. Back in the quarantine tank. I removed all the rocks and half the water to catch them. I did it slowly to not stress them much. They never left the water. Caught them against the glass in a colander, and got them to swim into a pitcher. Much less stress than a net. I returned the water and rocks to the tank. Now it has to be fish free for 73 days! Really is no fun. And my Angel fish should be here soon!

    On a better note I am lifting again. 66 pound bench press. Not bad for a start. My shoulder still limits me some. But getting better slowly.

    Shelley, So sorry about the fish. Counting down 73 days, only 72 tomorrow.

    Lifting should be good for your shoulder, yes? Do you take your pain meds to work past the freeze? Sounds like it's getting better since you say "still limits" like it is less.

    Nice! I love it!

    Walked w/ DH for 5.10 miles in 95 mins (7.42 total miles for 15,789 steps) hit the gym for an hour w/my trainer. Half was one of the challenges and half was her insisting I do things my body didn't want to do!! Then DH went shopping with me...shock...then we went to see the kids and our grandbaby! He slept on my chest for almost three hours...I loved it!

    Had work walk lunch group today. To the beach and back. Wore my heavy rain coat so it wouldn't rain.

    Walked w/DH for 5.05 miles in 91 mins(6.94 total miles for 14,148 steps) and that was all...my mojo left about the time we were finishing our walk. We went to see Ronan for a bit. I have a gym appt in the morning. That's going to be interesting if I still feel this way. :(

    Thank you, my friends! Could be the weather. hmmmm. Meet with our trainer in about 20 minutes. Maybe she'll be my magic pill today! Maybe, I should just get on the bike when I'm done at the gym. We'll just have to see how the morning goes.

    Walked w/DH this morning for 5.05 miles in 89 mins (6.56 total miles for 13,621 steps) then got on the bike for 13.00 miles in 47 mins then lifted weights for our arm challenge then we went to see Ronan!

    Walked for 2 miles this morning with bff, 45 second plank challenge and arms challenge. Going to the Falcons game this evening with my guy and should get in a lot of additional steps.

    Walked w/DH this morning. It was very, very cold and windy. My ears hurt so bad!! I was exhausted when we got home. That is my excuse for not getting on the bike. I never did warm up. I went shopping then we went to see Ronan. He rolled front to back last night. Almost has the back to front down...not quite.
