Yesterday, the importance of true rest, was mentioned by one of our team. Even though, the rules of UAC, are based on the idea that everyone should have some activity every day, the truth is that for those who are seriously working out...you need to factor in rest.
Also, when you have an injury or illness...you need rest. Do not be reluctant to rest.
On the other hand, some of our team members have fitness routines that are at such high levels, that a nice walk would be sufficient rest for them.
Keep yourself safe! We are in this for the long-haul. We are trying to be better with activity and calorie limits as a lifetime habit. Sometimes...take a rest!!
