Just checking in to see how everyone's first day went? What's everyone main focus this week? Reduce overall caloric intake? Keep macros in check? Limit sugars? I wanna hear it.

Just trying to track what I'm taking in. Was under by a few hundred calories yesterday, but it was my own fault (forgot to grab a protein bar on the way to Jaz's VB game). I was hungry and agitated haha.0
