What should I have for lunch?

I have been contemplating what I would eat for lunch it is very difficult being how I have to go to work wondering what would make it simple and healthy.

    Plan the whole day's worth of food in the morning or the night before. Look at every twenty-four hour period as a new time parameter in which you consume your proper nutrition within your proper caloric limit. Then pick from that balanced day's plan to eat what you want, when you want it. That will maintain your sense of control while satisfying your desires for impulsivity.
