I have seriously fallen off the wagon recently! I had done so well for about 8 months, lost 42lbs. It was then that I just stalled.....I was 238lbs and now am 196....I would love to get to 175 so still have a way to go.
I have signed up for a few runs this year started with a 5km, moved to a 10km and am doing a half marathon in a couple of weeks but still cannot lose anymore weight. Its like the more active I am the more excuses I give myself for having that cake or deserving that glass of wine! I was so focused for ages but for the last two months have just slipped.
I went for a long run this morning and have eaten well so far - I just have to really focus on some healthy food and stop making bad decisions! Looking for motivation and support from wherever I can get it!!! Thanks all!
