For Anyone needing Motivation and Support
Welcome to my Motivation and Support group for those of you needing support or motivation as you work towards your goals that you may be working on. As for myself I'm working on losing between 50-70 pounds and my goal is to hopefully have it gone by this time next year. Below are my stats as of right now and what my goal weight is and please feel free to share what you do for exercise, food, and etc.
My Starting Weight: 230
My Current Weight: 219.2
My Goal Weight I'm working towards: 150
As for Exercise I'm go to the gym Monday-Friday from 5:45AM-8:45AM now that's including getting ready for work thank god my work is only 2 minutes from my gym, and on weekends I'll either rest or go for a 5-8 mile walk.
