i started my fitness pal 5 days ago.
this is my starting point from my scale, doctor scale says 8 lbs more.
weight 222
goal 150
lose 72 lbs.
i have my calories set for 1 lbs a week.
i started taking phentrimine Thursday.
i work out around 75 mins a day,
between 25 to 30 mins cardio. and then strength training
yesterday i also did a 20 min walk
i take fiber, fish oil, level multivitamin for women, green coffee bean extract and cortaril which is a cortisol manager.
ive ordered an activity tracker that will be here tomorrow, thinking about getting a body fat scale.
ive been going to the gym for three months now and haven't lost any weight so I decided it was time to count calories. i am loving my fitness pal!

Great job I have a scale that measures my Weight, Body Fat%, and BMI I love it it's right on with the doctors scale. I go to the gym before work for 2 1/2 hours I've had people say that's to long but I do Cardio, Strength Training, and a 7 minute hydro massage and stretching and I do that monday-Friday before work1
