Added folks above to the spreadsheet - I did not add SW as that should be logged when the challenge starts tomorrow Nov 1-Nov 7.
There seems to be some confusion as to where to enter your starting weight for this challenge. I highlighted the heading in hot pink. That's the Starting Weight column where you enter your starting weight for this challenge.
Please do not make entries in the green columns titled "W1 loss" etc. There are formulas in those columns which will automatically calculate the loss.
I replaced a column that someone had deleted. I removed the "strike through" from the column that someone had added. Glad I make backup copies of these so I can easily fix things that happen like that.
So everyone should double check the spreadsheet and enter your SW starting tomorrow.

Added! Hi everyone and good luck to all. I'm excited about this! I usually set aside Nov/Dec as "well, it IS the holidays, after all" excuse....it will be quite a change to be on the other side lol
edit: Hi cocoastral, I noticed you in the other thread because our goals are so close....i'm 175 looking for 160 by the end of this challenge!!0 -

To help a bit, I froze the first 4 columns (the headers) to make scrolling and adding info easier for folks.

The first four rows were frozen originally. Columns A-H or A-I were frozen originally too. Folks keep changing and deleting things or adding sheets accidentily.
I've had to re-freeze them a couple times already.
