I totally need to remember to take pictures of my meals before I tuck in. My facebook friends know my food porn ""signature" is the half eaten mess, lol.
But anyway, tonight was a couple medium rare, grass fed lamb shoulder chops that I found in the meat markdown bin for $1.50 each. Dinner for a queen on a peasants budget.1
