You can do this. Just remember nobody is perfect and you will have your "good" days and "bad" days. Never give up on yourself and don't beat yourself up over a slip up. I did it for years and always wanted a fast fix. We all know that doesn't work. You will be surprised at how those 1/2 lb - 1 lb losses add up. Good luck to you. My favorite saying is "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels"...7

Don't give up just take it one day at a time. That's all any of us have!
"Do it today because yesterday you said tomorrow and tomorrow never came!"4 -
A quote I have up in my kitchen is "Better to live with the pain of discipline than with the pain of regret."6

Another thing that has helped me in many areas the last few years is to remember that things usually aren't all or nothing. If I can't do a full workout, it doesn't mean I can't workout. I can still do a half-workout. If I messed up eating at one meal, it doesn't mean I give up and let myself go the rest of the day. I just eat the rest of the day like I would have if I hadn't messed up, or try to do a little better. The great thing about having a goal is that even if you don't reach it totally, you're still better off by trying that you would have been not trying. The only way you fail is if you give up! So keep trying, pals!7
