How'd you pick your weigh in day?

I'm a daily weigher, but a once-a-week logger.

Over and over again, my lowest weight of the week is on Thurs morning and my highest is Monday. So, of course, I log my weight on Monday. :D

Why do you use your particular day?

It's the day of my meeting. It's been the day of my meeting almost from the get-go. I picked this meeting because it was the only 'mens' meeting at my location (back in the day). I did change a few years ago because, after the mens meeting got axed, I needed a new meeting and I liked my ML. So it's Thursday's.

Interestingly, Thursday is not my lowest weight of the week, usually. Or my highest.

I'm a daily weigher as well for over 5 years. I chose Friday as my WI in day mostly because DW and I usually have a date night on Friday evening maybe eat a steak and baked potato movie something like that. Also I seem to be less active on the weekend than during the week. Being in the loss mode it varies from week to week but Friday has always seemed to work out for me.

I think probably any day would have worked out for me but Friday just gave me from Monday to Thursday to recover if I did happen to overdo it during the weekend.

I'm a daily weigher and use Happy Scale to watch the trends now that I'm in maintenance. When I was losing, the official day was Saturday as that was the most conducive day to making a meeting.

I started the program on a Saturday, and I just kept with that day.

I step on the scale everyday but my weight in day is my WW meeting day.

I weigh daily - at least. Unlike Calvin, I log every morning's result. When I was in loss mode my official WI was at the weekly WW meeting. Now I try to get to WW once a month for a WI and record that result on the WW site.

I've liked using Friday as an "official" day for myself because I tend to be most consistent with my food intake during the week. Thus, Friday is usually my lowest. My Sat/Sun can be all over the place, and so there are a lot of wild jumps in my weight that was I wasn't finding useful to pay much attention to.

No magic...just the day I started with WW. Since the number on the scale is not sacred to me, it really doesn't matter which is my WI day. What matters far more is what I do and the choices I make between WI days.

We chose the first meeting Saturday morning. Easier to arrive at same condition every time with same cloths to take out most of the variables. Yeah, I'm dehydrated and starved but it's repeatable.
When I was weighing daily and logging on the BPMonitor app I noticed, like Calvin, that my low weight day was Thursday.

I also weigh and log daily, but I started my WLJ on a Monday back in June 2011 and I restarted on Memorial Day this year. So Monday has always been my WI day to review the week.
