I only ate out once last week and I made sure that it was a healthy choice!
The next couple weeks are going to be crazy for me as school is quickly coming to an end and exams are starting. I have 4 exams in a row (one each day), a weekend off and then a final exam on a Monday.
I just want to try and keep at my calorie goal, go to archery and keep getting my walks in.

Last week worked out good with a loss. So I think I will continue with limiting simple carbs, sugar and process foods. The weather is going to be colder so I am going to have to make myself go to the track. I am not a cold weather person. I am still not drinking enough water, so I need to work on that more.

    My goals this week:
Play Dance Masters for xbox kinect at least 5 times this week for a minimum of 40mins each time.
Go hiking through my field of overgrown/ dead weeds at least twice for a minimum of 1km each time.
Drink more water!! I can drink 2 litres easy and STILL be dehydrated
Stay away from fermented foods and products containing yeast ( I have a histamine intolerance so these foods wreak havoc on my guts and skin )

    1. Did okay on the foods. Could be better.
    2. Unfortunately did not get as much sleep as usual due to repairs and painting being done on our house most of the week and I may have stayed up way too late on election night.
    3. Did 3 of 5 days.
    4. Didn't get the menu plan done, but I did better over all with food prep at home this week.

I'm starting to create some new routines and learning to be at a different place in the weight loss process. So that's a good thing.

Finally making some progress this week. Managed to get to the gym 6 days and am mixing things up in the snack department - FYI eating raw cabbage at work gets you some funny looks! Aim for this week:
    1. Gym 6 times - mix of both weights and cardio
    2. Make sure protein levels are high (so not burning muscle instead of fat)
    3. Drink more water
    4. Don't treat myself too much at the weekend!
