I am looking forward to this week! I had 1.6 lbs last week, so it is a good start to the week for me. I am looking forward to Zumba this Friday and then a girl's night out ;)

Where has the time gone!? We are just over 100 days into 2017! Wow! This week and the next two weeks will be busy for me. I have exams starting next Wednesday. My goal is not to stress eat, and hopefully stick to my goal, but I will be happy to be a couple hundred calories under my TDEE :)
This week I have caught what was going around my school...all I want to do is sleep haha. Exams are in less than 3 weeks, so I will be studying a lot coming up. Also, I joined another Diet Bet to help keep me accountable :)

Last week, I did so well with my no juice week, that I had juice once and totally forgot that I was not having it! At least I only forgot once lol. This week, I am trying to stick to my IF and only eat between noon and 8pm all week. Another small weight loss for last week! We got this!
How about a challenge this week? How about give up 1 thing you love for the whole week ( soda, chocolate, chips, etc) and at the end of the week report back and let us know if it made any difference or not on the scale or how you felt.
