    I blew it Easter weekend. Too many carbs & sugar. I am up 1.6 pounds

    I didn't go home for Easter, so I avoided that problem for now. It also helps that I can't have ANY Easter chocolate until we figure out what my allergy is. I am also missing pastries and ice cream. Not with my hardest exams right after. I forgot to post because I was studying haha sorry. The first two exams (and my hardest two) went well! I have also been getting a one hour walk and one hour gym session in every other day and on the off days, I do two one hour walks!

    Don't worry! 1.6 lbs is nothing! It will come off soon :) Just get back on the horse!
