This week I have caught what was going around my school...all I want to do is sleep haha. Exams are in less than 3 weeks, so I will be studying a lot coming up. Also, I joined another Diet Bet to help keep me accountable

This last week was a good week for me. I have been making good food choices and exercising and its showing on the scale and how my jeans fit. I am drinking more water, which I know that helps too. Going to continue what I am doing and see if the scale continues to go down.1 -
I have decided I am going to own this week. One day at a time. Got a run in this morning, have made good food choices so far today. Heading to Portland Ore. and then to the Oregon Coast for a week. Focusing on being present and enjoying each moment.3
