Last week, I did so well with my no juice week, that I had juice once and totally forgot that I was not having it! At least I only forgot once lol.

This week, I am trying to stick to my IF and only eat between noon and 8pm all week.
Another small weight loss for last week!

    Hanging on. I aim for the IF every 12 hours. It's a huge help.

    what is IF ?
    I am down .8 pounds this week. Not snacking on salty foods this week has helped. I dont feel so bloated.

    IF is intermittent fasting. Personally, I follow 16:8. Essentially, I only eat from noon-8pm which is an 8 hour eating window. I fast each day (mostly at nigh while I sleep) for 16 hours.

    Interesting.....I need to google more about that. I have never heard of it.
