Lost 2.4 lbs this week. I'm happy with that. Have logged all food, averaging 1200 cal./day allotment. On track to lose the 15 lbs by New Years!2
-
Down 2.2 lbs! I was much better than I've been in a LOOOOOONG time about logging ALL of my food - I have a bad habit of neglecting to log anything I eat after dinner, but this week I made a real effort to do it.2

dint go up or down0

I didn't lose any weight but I did lose an inch each from my hips, waist and arms. So i consider that still a win.
I joined a gym so hopefully It will also help. I had a small fun size candy once last week but besides that I was clean.
I really suggest everyone to measure themselves. It makes you feel better even tho the scale isn't going the right way.3 -
SW- 202.4 lbs
Week 1- 202.6 lbs
I've been having issues with my eating (not eating enough, or bingeing.) Had A late night and a ton of sodium the night before weigh in.
Been keeping rather good with my water!1 -
2 Walks, 3 runs (1 mile, 2miles, and 4 miles) and 1 Zumba class....stuck to my diet and caloric goals almost all days and still GAINED, up 1.2 not sure what's going on! but on a positive note my clothes are fitting better. Today I'm wearing a pair of pants that I haven't been able to wear in over 4 year. Here's to a better next week!3

Stayed pretty much the same. Didn't help that I forgot thyroid medication one day. I will do better this week for sure.0

Lost 4lbs, current weight 129lbs4

I gained a pound. I've been bad lately. I'm starting to slowly get back on track. I find it really hard when I'm sick, but I've been sick forever, so I have to try harder.1

over the past 28 days i've lost 5 inches over all though
this is why I don't really like scales lol
edited to add:
Ok, so a light bulb went on in my head this morning. When I first started, I just set my daily calorie goal to 1500 and was eating back ROUGHLY (first problem) half of my exercise calories. My average calorie intake per day was 1700+. Job set to "Lightly Active" when I know darn well i'm chilling all day at my desk. Now I can see why the scale wasn't moving.
I went back into the MFP calculator and let it set my calories....and it's at 1200. I had to get real with myself about my activity level (i'm sitting at a desk all day) so I swapped "Lightly Active" to "Sedentary".
As of today, i'm eating the 1200 no matter what.....plus half of any exercise calories allowed (which for today is 1410). I've also invested in a digital scale which i'll keep at home. I'll bring my non-digital one here to work so if I have rotisierrie chicken, etc I can at least get a general sense of the weight of my food instead of just guessing.
(I used the digital scale just now to weigh out 4oz of chicken......wow I didn't know 4oz. was only.....that much.... LOLOL)

I'm down 3.2 for the week! I'm super satisfied with that. My water intake was spot on all days except yesterday. Since I'm pretty out of shape, I'm easing into exercise this week, starting today (managed a 15 min walk before my back begged me to stop). Will do the same each day this week then up my time for next week.
I'm actually having trouble getting above 1200 calories a day, though my macros (for Keto diet) are spot on. I figure since I'm having no signs of hunger that I'm doing alright. I logged everything going in my mouth and even wrote in my journal (thoughts/emotions) every day. Going strong into Week 2!
Great job this week, everyone!5 -

Did not lose anything but didn't gain either. I am feeling confindent though, I feel like I'm more in control of my eating and I am trying to exercise more. the only thing that has me a bit concerned is the medication (hormones) I take - I think they may be making me more bloated. Anyone have any experience with this?0

No idea what my weight is - started out well - but now my husband, son & I all have pneumonia and I am too tired to be able to exercise or track. Hopefully I will be able to restart next week. May need to modify my goal tho.0

Well my weight went in the wrong direction. Actually I expected worse. Everyone is starting to get better from their various ailments so restart begins tomorrow. So frustrating to miss the beautiful weather we've been having because of being sick!0
