In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

    I am adding no candy bowls to mines. I have a stash of dark chocolate at work which I do not even keep at my desk and I allow my self a few pieces a day under 100 calories. I usually do not eat it daily either. But going to the candy dishes is a problem for me. Even before Halloween! lol

    I did not lose any more weight over weekend. Actually I gained a pound but considering how bad my weekends can be, that is great and still no fast foods too!!

    Looking forward to TOPS meeting tonight. I think I still may clock a gain with them, but at least I will not have to see 405+. I will share that with group tonight and see what kind of feed back I get.

    Paulette, good job of steps yesterday! I am routing for you on those workouts :wink: you can do it!

    Happy Hump day!

    Already had a piece of chocolate from candy bowl so logged it already. Going to let that one piece do it for the day! lol

    We had a great TOPS meeting too. People understood and I was still up a pound on their scale. Anything is better than seeing 405+. I am putting that number to rest for good.

    Everyone have a good day. I do not have it as my goals but I am proud that I am tracking my food and doing a better job of planning. so I have been under my goals for the first two days of the week.
