Hi all
I guess it's a relief to see so many in the same boat. I am 5/4", about 135. I use a fitbit to track and get exercise. It helps me to see calories burned and spurns me to not eat any extra without the exercise. I successfully hit 124 in May of this year but have gradually put 10 back on. I am 54 so as they say it gets more difficult to keep the weight off. I feel a lot better at 120-125 so with some help maybe I can get and stay there. 1200 calories seems to be the magic number. I've read that it is unhealthy to eat less than that on a regular basis. Have any of you tried fasting one or two days a week? I routinely get 12000 steps, plus do a fair bit of cycling and hiking.
